新型Zn-22Al合金阻尼器的减震性能分析

摘要
根据Zn-22Al合金板平面内受力可提高初始刚度,通过改变合金板平面几何形状来提高屈服耗能能力的思想,提出一种可通过同时产生弯曲变形和剪切变形来实现耗能的新型Zn-22Al合金阻尼器,并利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行数值模拟分析,计算结果表明这种阻尼器初始刚度较大,滞回曲线饱满、耗能效果好。在此基础上,对安装与未安装该种阻尼器的钢框架结构进行多遇和罕遇地震作用下的动力有限元模拟计算,从位移反应、加速度反应、层间位移角、柱底剪力4个方面对上述2种框架结构的计算结果进行比较分析,结果表明该阻尼器对结构具有明显的减震效果,是一种有效的耗能减震装置。
According to the thought that Zn-22Al alloy plate in-plane stress can improve the initial stiffness and changing the alloy plate plane geometry shape can improve energy dissipation capacity,a new Zn-22Al alloy damper which can dissipate energy by bending deformation and shear deformation was proposed.Using finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS to carry on its mechanical properties.And the result shows that this new type of damper possesses the large initial stiffness and the stable hysteretic capacity,which shows that it has a good capacity of dissipating energy.On this basis,using the FEM software,dynamic analyses of two frame structures,one involving the steel damper and the other one without the damper,subjected to the excitation of frequent and unprecedented earthquake were performed.Then the displacement and acceleration responses,story drift ratio and column bottom shear of the above two structures were compared and analyzed.And the results show that the damper has obvious damping effect.So it is an effective energy dissipation device.
