分段隔震新体系的参数设计与减震性能研究

摘要
本文将基础和中间层隔震同时采用的分段隔震概念应用到高层建筑的减震控制当中,利用双质点简化模型,提出各隔震层刚度和阻尼参数的选取方法,并对一栋分别采用基础隔震和分段隔震的20层高层建筑模型进行仿真分析。通过与传统基础隔震结构比较可以发现,地震作用下基础隔震层的变形能够按比例分配到分段隔震体系的基础和中间隔震层当中,减弱了高阶振型在建筑物顶部的"鞭梢"效应,降低了由于支座受拉或剪压破坏导致上部结构倾覆失稳倒塌的可能。此外,中间隔震层在分段隔震体系中的设置位置也相当重要。
A new concept that isolation devices installed at base and mid-story is applied to attenuate the seismic responses of high-rise building.A method to select the stiffness and damping parameters of each isolation layer is presented based on two-DOF simple model.And a numerical simulation on a twenty-story high-rise building controlled by segmented isolation system is carried out.Compared with the traditional base isolation structure,the lateral deformation of the base isolation layer is distributed to isolation layers of segmented isolation system,and the whiplash effect of the top building resulted by the high-order vibration modes can be attenuated as well.As a result,the probability of overturning collapse caused by the tensile failure or compression shear failure of the bearings can be avoided.The isolation location installed at the middle of super stories is highly important as well.
