基于有限元分析的增湿塔设计校核与应力评定

摘要
将分析设计直接法引入5000t/d生产线的增湿塔设计中,运用有限元分析方法对增湿塔结构进行校核和评定。结合实例,详细阐述了应用有限元软件ANSYS分析增湿塔在不同工况的应力和变形的方法,并对设备最大应力点及其它危险部位进行应力评定。有限元分析法可对同类结构进行分析校核和优化设计。
The design based on analysis direct method is introduced into the conditioning tower design.The conditioning tower structure is checked and evaluated based on the finite element analysis method in the paper. Combined with real example,the method of stress and deformation analysis of conditioning tower in different condition by FEA software ANSYS was introduced,and maximum stress point and other dangerous sites are evaluated. For the same kind of structure,finite element analysis method can be used to analyse check stress and optimize design.
