重庆金融中心结构设计

摘要
重庆金融中心由办公楼和酒店组成,分别高178m和183.5m,结构体系均为框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构。初步设计阶段采用2个不同力学模型的三维空间分析软件SATWE和MIDAS进行结构整体内力和位移计算,以满足规范的各项要求,通过静力弹塑性分析找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施,同时最大层间位移角满足规范规定的变形要求。
The Chongqing Financial Center is composed by the office buildings and the hotel building,with the height of 178m and 183.5m.Each building is supported by reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure.In the preliminary design,two 3-D analysis softwares,SATWE and MIDAS are used to calculate the internal force and deformation of the building.The calculated result shows that the designed structure can meet the requirements of Chinese Structural Codes.And still by using pushover analysis,the weak position of the structure is found out,so that the seismic fortification strengthening measures can be adopted correspondingly.At the mean time,the maximum story drift angle can satisfy the deformation demands of the design code.
