半潜式钻井平台上钻机井架振动分析

摘要
以某半潜式钻井平台上钻机井架为实例,借助于ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件对井架结构进行简化,并建立有限元模型。通过对井架结构的模态分析和随机振动分析,分别得到该井架的自振特性(包括固有频率及阵型)和井架结构在地震、波浪激励下的动态响应随时间、频率的变化规律,分析结果有助于在设计井架结构时避开其共振频率范围,进而为选择平台上有振动特性的配套设备提供理论依据。
Taking as an example the drilling rig derrick on a certain semi-submersible drilling platform, the derrick structure was simplified and the corresponding finite element model was established by means of the ABAQUS nonlinear finite element analysis software. Through a modal and random vibration analysis, the characteristics of its natural vibration (including its natural frequency and matrix) and the law of the change of the derrick structure with time and frequency under the condition of dynamic response of earthquake and wave excitation were obtained respectively. The result of the analysis is helpful to keeping the derrick structure out of the scope of its resonance frequency in the design and therefore provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the supporting equipments with vibrating properties on the platform.
