基于应变设计方法在西气东输二线的应用

摘要
针对西气东输二线管道工程通过强震区和活动断裂带区段抗震设计中存在的问题,引进基于应变的设计方法,在穿越活动断裂带地段采用了X80大变形钢管。介绍了基于应变设计方法的定义、内容、适用范围以及设计流程,对设计应变计算模型和设计准则分别进行了验证,以保证计算模型和设计准则的准确性。根据设计准则以及西气东输二线工程的具体参数,结合不同的抗震措施,较好地解决了强震区和活动断层处的管道设计问题。形成的基于应变的管道设计导则,可以指导工程设计和施工。
In the light of the issues existed in aseismic design of pipeline sections laying over highly seismic region and moving fault zone in West-to-East Parallel Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, strain-based design method is introduced into the project and X80 large deflection steel pipes are adopted in crossing areas of moving fault zone. Definition, content, applicable scope and designprocess of strain-based design method is described and calculation model for strain-based design and design criterion are verified to ensure computing accuracy. Based on the design criterion and specific parameters of the pipeline, and combined with different aseismic techniques, design issues in pipeline laying over highly seismic region and moving fault zone are perfectly solved. It isconsidered that the rule of strain-based pipeline design can be used for instructing pipeline design and construction.
