基于OPCM声发射传感器的新的SHM技术

摘要
提出将地震工程中反射地震法与新型正交异性压电复合材料OPCM声发射(AE)传感技术相结合,应用到土木工程结构健康监测SHM系统中.用细观力学方法分析OPCM AE传感元件的正交异性特征,此特征克服了传统的单一压电陶瓷(PZT)换能器在监测过程中无法避免的土木工程结构构件侧面反射信号干扰的难题,采用椭圆损伤定位法确定损伤位置,使反射地震法与AE传感技术应用于SHM系统成为可能.设计了性能对比实验,在混凝土试件表面分别布置PZT元件和OPCM元件,验证了新的SHM技术应用于混凝土SHM系统的可行性以及OPCM元件避免侧面反射信号干扰的能力.
By combining the reflection seismic method with orthotropic piezoelectric composite material(OPCM) acoustic emission(AE) sensor character,a novel SHM technique in civil engineering is proposed.Based on the theory of micro mechanics,OPCM AE sensor's orthotropic character is analyzed.Instead of the single piezoelectric ceramic transducer,the OPCM transducers made by ourselves are also applied.With the OPCM units,the interference of the echo signal which comes from the concrete structures profile are avoided.Combined with the ellipse damage location,the damage location can be ascertained.By utilizing PZT units and OPCM units respectively in the experiment,it is proved that the novel SHM technique is feasible in SHM system.Meanwhile,the ability of OPCM units against the profile echo signal is demonstrated.
