摘要

本文结合陕西省地震信息网地震速报信息对外发布的实际情况,通过对地震速报信息在门户网站上对外发布时间滞后问题及原因进行总结和分析,同时在发布流程和软件上进行一些优化,为进一步缩短地震速报信息对外发布时间提出了改进方法。
Combining with the actual promulgation situation for information of rapid reports in earthquake data network in Shaanxi province,time-lag and the related causes are summarized,and the promulgation process and software are thus optimized to improve the time-lag problem.
