一种地下爆破震动信号检测及处理系统的研究

摘要
采用软硬件结合的设计手段,设计了一种用于地下爆破震动信号检测及处理的系统;系统硬件部分由传感器、存储器、USB等部分组成,负责采集原始震动信号;软件部分是以LabWindows/CVI为平台的虚拟示波器,不仅具有传统示波器的功能,还能完成对震动信号不同方向轴的分量进行合成、滤波、提取震动信号初至波时间等数据处理与分析;实验结果证明,在20m*20m*3m浅层区域内,系统能够无失真的获取地下多维震动矢量信号,并能够对震动信号进行处理显示,达到了预期的目标。
Signal detection and processing system was designed for underground blasting vibration by the combination of software and hardware.The hardware part consists of sensors,memory,USB and other parts;it is responsible for collecting the original vibration signal.The software part is a virtual oscilloscope based on LabWindows/CVI platform,not only has the function of traditional oscilloscope,but also can complete the synthesis of vibration signals of different direction component,filtering,extract the vibration signal first break time and so on.Experimental results show that,in the 20 m *20m *3mshallow area,the system can take multidimensional vibration vector signal without distortion,and be able to show and process the vibration signal.It achieves the expected goal.
