非规则结构平扭耦联隔震支座性能研究

摘要
铅芯橡胶隔震支座在平扭耦联地震作用下处于双向受剪及受扭的三向受力状态,与单向受剪或受扭表现出完全不相同的本构关系和耗能情况。作者设计一种平扭耦联装置,对ф100的铅芯橡胶隔震支座进行两种工况的平扭耦联力学性能试验,得到橡胶隔震支座水平Y向的滞回曲线和扭矩与转角的关系。平扭耦联橡胶隔震支座与轴向剪压的试验结果表明,铅芯橡胶隔震支座在平扭力作用下水平刚度、扭转刚度和阻尼比都有所减少,本文所设计的平扭耦联加力装置合理。
Under lateral-torsional coupling earthquake actions,lead plug rubber bearing is under a three-dimensional stress state of two-way shear and torsional moment.The constitutive relation and energy dissipation of lead plug rubber bearings are different from the case of one-way shear and torsional moment This paper designed a lateral-torsional coupling test device,which could conduct lateral-torsional coupling tests on ф100 lead rubber bearings and obtained the relation between torque and twist angle of lead rubber bearing and its hysteresis curve in direction of axis Y.Test results showed that,horizontal and torsion stiffnesses of the lead loads.The test proved that the loading device designed in this paper is reasonable.
