Q345R常温拉伸过程的声发射特性及位置熵研究

摘要
对Q345R在常温下的拉伸过程进行了声发射监测,把试件拉伸过程的力学过程以及内部损伤情况与声发射信号的撞击数和累积能量相关联,得到Q345R在拉伸过程中的声发射特性。通过计算声发射事件的位置熵值,对Q345R在拉伸过程中的损伤情况进行了定量描述,得出了拉伸过程中不同应力状态下位置熵值的变化规律。
The acoustic emission was applied to monitoring Q345R in stretch at room temperature,and the relationship among mechanical process,internal damage situation and acoustic emission's strikes and accumulated energy for the specimen was built to obtain Q345R's acoustic emission characteristics. Calculating the position entropy of acoustic emission events and quantitatively describing the Q345R damage can reach the change rule of position entropy under different stress states and in stretch.
