西安地铁330kV地下变电站结构设计及施工方法研究

摘要
西安地铁配套用的330kV地下变电站是西北地区首座高电压等级地下变电站,设计为全地下的3层混凝土现浇框架-剪力墙结构,基础采用钢筋混凝土筏板基础,结构主体外围采用钻孔灌注桩支护。该地下变电站由于电气工艺的特殊要求,楼板开洞较多,平面不规则,因此设计中采用三维有限元方法进行混凝土结构设计,并与采用层模型的计算结果进行对比分析。由于工程主体外围存在围护结构,土侧压力对结构的作用形式发生改变,常规土侧压力计算方法已不再适用,需采用改进土侧压力系数的方法进行分析计算,计算分析结果表明,该方法是可行的。最后对本工程在施工中的若干问题给出了相应的处理方法。本工程的顺利实施可以为西安地铁建设提供电力保障,还可为同类地下变电站及相似地下工程的混凝土设计及施工方案的优化提供参考。
The 330kV underground substation for Xi′an metro is the first high-voltage underground substation in northwest of China,which is designed for three-layer concrete frame-shear wall,raft foundation and bored pile around the structure.Because of the electric technology needing,there are many holes in floor and the structure style becomes abnormity,so three-dimension finite element model was used to analyze the characteristic of structure and the results were compared with those of layer model.The type of soil lateral pressure is changed due to round protective pile,while the traditional soil pressure method is not applicable.The improvement soil lateral pressure coefficient method was proposed to calculate the structure and confirmed correctly by the results.Some effective ways were given in construction,which can provide guidelines for the design and construction in similar engineering practice.
