摘要

在地震应急通信车改装施工中,需要针对车辆改造、所有装车设备的合理布局和操作使用方便等进行安全性能规划和设计,这对整车安全行驶有着非常重要的意义。根据我们对地震应急通信车的改装经验,对整车改装安全问题进行分析,并介绍了施工方案,希望对那些准备进行车辆改装或已经进行车辆改装而还在施工设计阶段的单位有参考作用。
The construction design program needs to be done before the modification of earthquake emergency communications vehicle,all the loading of the equipments need to be planed and designed in construction design program.This has very important significance for the safe driving、 rational distribution and operational use of the vehicle.Based on the modification of earthquake emergency communications vehicle experience,this paper only describes the safety issues of modified emergency communications vehicle,we hope that the units of those who have been preparing for the vehicle modifications or are modifying the vehicle and doing the construction design also have reference.
