FRP与FRR复合材料阻尼性能试验研究

摘要
与传统的钢板/橡胶叠层板式支座相比,纤维增强树脂(FRP)层板/橡胶叠层支座和纤维增强橡胶(FRR)支座均表现出良好的减震阻尼性能。为了选出适合用于隔振器中的复合材料板,本文中通过对热固性树脂、热塑性树脂以及橡胶基体等基体材料制成的连续纤维增强复合材料层板进行动态力学热分析(DMA)。比较并分析所得结果显示,FRR复合材料层合板最适合应用于减隔震支座中。
Previous studies have shown that the rubber isolators can provide better damping performance than the bearings which enhanced by steel plates,so the researchers applied FRP and FRR composite boards to replace the steel plates in the isolators.In order to improve the damping property in isolator,in this article the dynamic mechanical analyze(DMA) tests has been taken to choose the most suitable composite material between the continuous fiber reinforced composite laminates with different matrixes,such as thermosetting resin,thermoplastic resin and rubber for isolator.After compared and analyzed the results,the author considered that the FRR composite board is the best choice of the isolator.
