船舶电机橡胶垫的刚度稳定性分析和优化设计研究

摘要
分析了影响船舶用电机橡胶垫垂向刚度稳定性的原因,并针对电机橡胶垫的结构特点,建立了电机橡胶垫参数化有限元模型,确定了敏感设计变量,提出了优化设计方案,解决了产品刚度稳定性问题。
Some factors which affected the vertical stiffness stability of the ship motor pad were analyzed.According to the structure of the motor pad,the parametric finite element model was established,the sensitive design variables were found,and the optimal design was presented.The results showed that the problem of stiffness instability was solved.
