叠层橡胶隔震支座理论与试验分析

摘要
对目前工程隔震中应用较多的低硬度叠层橡胶隔震支座LNR600进行了力学性能试验,并用有限元程序ANSYS建立了其有限元分析模型,分析了在竖向荷载和水平荷载作用下LNR600内部钢板各种应力分布,其结果与试验曲线基本吻合。结果表明,支座在竖向荷载作用下,最大的SX、SY、SZ、Mises应力均出现在支座内部钢板上,各最大值发生位置约在距离孔侧1/3半径处。各最大值相对竖向均布压力值分别为4.5倍,2.858倍,1.9倍,2.5倍。支座在压剪荷载作用下,内部钢板的应力分布由下而上均呈现出由支座有效承压区域的边缘处向支座边缘处递减,并且在支座孔边缘处形成较为明显的应力集中。
The mechanical property test on the laminated rubber isolation bearing-LNR600 is conducted.By using the large general-purpose Finite Element Program—ANSYS,the FEA(finite element analysis) model of LNR600 is established under the vertical load and horizontal displacement load.Analytical results are compared with experimental results,and small difference is found.And the stresses of the inner steel plate of the isolator are studied.Results show that the maximum values of Mises stress,SX stress,SY stress,SZ stress of the bearing are all founded in the inner steel plate,located in the place of 1/3 radius from the bearing hole edge,4.5,2.858,1.9,and 2.5 times of the vertical pressures respectively.Under the compress-shear load,the stress distribution of inner steel plate presents a decrease from the edge of the effective pressure area to the edge of the bearing,and a clear stress concentration is formed around the edge of the bearing hole.
