摘要

本文在玉树州结古镇灾后重建背景下,结合项目组在结古寺片区现场工作经验以及规划实践,针对其中出现的问题,以恢复片区文化风貌与促进片区的发展为出发点,从规划原则、总体空间布局、院落划分、道路系统、公共服务设施布置、民俗风貌等几方面,对规划编制与实施过程中所遇到的问题,通过公众参与和规划引导,以寻求灾后的建设的恢复和平衡为目标,探索灾后重建中的倡导性规划理念和方法,为相关的政策和技术决策提供依据。
This paper was wrote under the background of post-disaster reconstrction of Jiegu town which is lay in Yushu city.Combined with planning practice and the working experience of the project team in Jiegu temple area,in view of the problems,we set the restoration and development of this area as the starting point,from planning principle,general layout,courtyard division,road system,layout of public service facilities,folk style and such aspects,we summarize and thinking about the problems in the process of planning compilation and implement,which might meet the needs of the planning work of post-disaster reconstruction.
