高层建筑组合隔震的设计方法及应用

摘要
为了使高层组合隔震技术的应用和推广具有更加完善的理论基础和设计依据,对高层隔震体系上部结构设计和隔震层设计中的若干关键问题进行了探讨,研究了高阶振型和高阻尼对隔震效果的影响,提出了隔震体系上部结构竖向构件布置的基本原则,分析了隔震层设计的基本原则和各类隔震装置的配置方法.根据以上基本理论,将基于性能的组合隔震设计方法应用于目前国内最高的高层隔震设计中,充分考虑纯天然橡胶隔震支座、铅芯橡胶隔震支座、滑移隔震支座和黏滞阻尼器的性能特征,将其按照相关组合原则配置于隔震层中.通过分析表明各类隔震装置充分发挥了设计性能,隔震层在罕遇地震下工作状态稳定,上部结构的地震响应有了明显的降低,各项性能目标满足设计要求,本文最后对高层隔震结构的相关构造要求进行了必要的说明.
In order to perfect both theoretical basis and designing foundation for hybrid base-isolation of tall buildings,some key issues about upper structure design for hybrid base-isolation system and isolation layer design,influence from high modes and high damping on isolated effect are investigated.Basic principles of vertical components arrangement for seismic isolation system are proposed,and basic principles of isolation layer design and distribution method of all kinds of isolation devices are analyzed.According to above foundamental theory,performance-based hybrid base-isolation design method is applied to the currently tallest domestic high-rise isolated building.The performance characteristics of purified natural rubber bearing,lead rubber bearing,sliding isolated bearing and viscous damper are fully taken into account.These bearings are equipped in isolation layer,according to the correlative combination principle.The study result indicates that all kinds of isolation devices bring the designed functions into full play.Isolation layer keeps a stable working status under rare earthquake,while seismic response of upper structure declines obviously,and all performance objectives satisfy design requirements.At last,necessary remarks are made for related structural requirements of high-rise isolated structures.
