基于FEA技术的E型钢阻尼器优化设计

摘要
对E型钢阻尼器的结构特征进行了介绍,提出了计算E型钢阻尼器最大横向位移量的有效理论公式,并利用ABAQUS软件对某桥梁用E型钢阻尼器进行结构优化设计。有限元分析结果与实验结果比较吻合。有限元分析技术与实验相结合的设计方法为E型钢阻尼器的设计提供了一种新的思路。
Characteristic of E shape steel damper is introduced,and effective theoretical formulas for calculating the maximum value of displacement are proposed.ABAQUS software is employed to optimize the structure of E shape steel damper,the results of FEA coincide with the experimental.The method integrated the finite element analysis(FEA) and experiment provides a new concept for the E-shape steel damper design.
