旧有建筑新增电梯井道在水平荷载作用下相互作用研究

摘要
近年来,旧有建筑新增电梯工程越来越普遍。由于电梯井道结构与原有结构在材料属性和结构受力性能方面的不同,两者的协同工作和相互作用问题亟待研究。本文结合工程实例,采用有限元方法研究在水平荷载(地震作用、风荷载)作用下井道结构与原有结构相互作用的受力问题,并针对原有结构自振特性、层间刚度,井道结构受力特点及承载力验算等问题给出了初步的结论。
In recent years,newly added elevator projects outside existing buildings are more and more common.As the difference of material property and mechanical characteristic between elevator well structure and existing structure,the cooperate-working and interaction problem between the two kinds of structure must be studied immediately.Applied with project example,the interaction problems by horizontal load(such as earthquake action and wind load) between the elevator well structure and existing structure are studied in this paper based on finite element method.Besides,the preliminary conclusions on characteristics of structural free vibration,structural lateral stiffness of existing building as well as the mechanical characteristic and carrying capacity of elevator well structure are given out in this paper.
