基于相似理论的大型构造物理模拟装置的设计与研究

摘要
相似理论是构造物理模拟实验的理论依据,而大型构造物理模拟装置又是一套机电一体化实验系统,在对主要地质构造现象与成因分析的基础上,从动力学和运动学的角度,总结了地质体形成的受力与变形规律,提出了实验装置动力加载单元应该具有的基本功能,并按照相似性理论,运用模块化设计方法,完成了系统的总体方案和各功能模块的结构设计。重点分析和解决了非均质体和分段变形地质体受力机理模拟、地质体走滑受力机理及物理模拟和地质体多点多方向应力加载等问题。在实验装置功能分析的基础上,采用"分散控制、集中管理"的结构,以整个系统为对象优化组合,开发了基于可编程序控制器的分布式运动控制系统。最后,利用该实验装置完成了不同构造样式的构造物理模拟标准实验,运行实践表明,研制的设备运行良好,达到了设计要求,为构造物理模拟定量分析提供了新的技术手段和实验平台。
The similar theory is the key clue of simulating experiment and the large tectophysics simulating experiment system is an integrated electromechanical system used for geologic modeling experiment.On the basis of analyzing the main geological structure phenomenon and origin,it summarizes the stressing and distorting rule of geologic body from aspect of dynamics and kinesiology and brings up the requisite basic functions of mechanics loading unit of the experiment apparatus.In addition,the overall project design as well as the structure design of every subsystem is accomplished according to the similarity principles.According to the function analyzed by experiment apparatus,the distributed motion control system based on programmable controller was developed in detail,which adopted dispersed control as well as concentrated management,on the principle of optimization and combination.At last,some standard tectophysics simulating experiments under different stress conditions were did,which improve that the experiment apparatus runs well and meets the request of the tectophysics simulation.The method provides a new technical means and Experiment Platform for the tectophysics simulation experiment.
