预应力管桩常见问题的分析及处理

摘要
本文从设计、施工及地质条件几方面分析了预应力管桩断桩的原因及处理方法,并对预应力管桩沉桩方式、桩尖的选用、桩端持力层遇水软化等问题提出了相应的防范措施,通过桩基的震害分析说明地震作用下预应力管桩存在抗剪承载力不足的安全隐患,举例说明了对重型施工机械的行走碾压,基坑边坡失稳,挖土不当等原因引起的偏位,倾斜甚至断裂等各类工程质量问题的分析及处理方法。
The article analyzed the reasons of broken of pre-stressed concrete pipe pile from the aspects of design,construction and geological conditions.It also provided some preventive methods and pile setting methods,and the solution to solve the problems of water softening on impact point at the end of pipe.It studies potential safety issues caused by the pipe piles insecure shearing capability during the earthquake.It provided the real application cases to analyze and solve the problems related to the pipe pile shifting,tilting and broken pipe issues caused by movement of heavy machinery,unstable foundation edges and improper digging.
