网架结构在悬挂吊车作用下疲劳问题研究进展

摘要
在悬挂吊车作用下网架结构的疲劳问题备受工程界和学术界的关注,但网架结构是否存在疲劳问题,如何进行疲劳验算,《网架结构设计与施工规程》(JGJ7-91)以及《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)之中至今尚无明确规定,这极大地制约网架结构在工业厂房中的推广应用.本文广泛收集并列举了52例国内设置悬挂吊车的网架结构工程事例,明确提出网架结构在悬挂吊车作用下应该进行疲劳验算的论据.高度概括了20多年来国内学者针对网架结构常用的焊接空心球节点以及螺栓球节点疲劳性能所取得的理论与试验研究成果.最后,指明了网架结构在悬挂吊车作用下疲劳问题亟待解决的热点以及研究的有效途径.
The fatigue of grid structure is focused greatly in engineering and academic field.But whether the grid structure exists fatigue problems and how to calculate fatigue are not involved in grid structure design and construction rules(JGJ7-91) and steel structure design specification(GB50017-2003),which greatly restricted the popularization and application of grid structure in industry workshop.This paper collects extensively and lists 52 typical projects with suspension cranes and puts forward the conclusion that grid structure in suspension crane should calculate fatigue.Theory and experiment results of domestic scholars in 20 years in fatigue performance of welded hollow sphere joints and bolts sphere joints are summarized and some suggestions and methods are proposed about fatigue problems.
