先进工艺技术在白马庙蓬莱镇组低渗气藏开发中的应用

摘要
白马庙蓬莱镇组气藏开发实践表明,精细储层描述、精选开发层位井位是气藏开发的基础,新技术、新工艺和正确的开发技术政策是气藏有效开发的保障。应用高分辨率层序地层学原理建立储层等时地层格架,利用测井、测试、地震相干数据对储层砂体展布和沉积微相进行描述和标定,建立高产富集区模式;应用多井约束、逐井外推的方法优选开发层位和井位;采用多层合采、水平井、分支井、大斜度井、加砂压裂等提高单井产能,利用欠平衡钻井、空气钻井、射孔压裂联作降低储层污染,确保低渗气藏的高效开发。
It is proved by the development of Penglaizheng Group gas reservoirs in Baimamiao area the fine reservoir description and carefully selecting horizons and well sites to develop is the ground of gas reservoir development, and the new techniques and the correct policy of developing technology is the guarantee of the effective development of gas reservoirs. The principle of sequence stratigraphy with high resolution is applied to establish the isochronous stratigraphic frame of the reservoir. The logging, testing and seismic correlative data are used to describe and calibrate the distribution of sand bodies and the deposition microfacies of the reservoir, and establish the model of accumulative zones with high production. The methods of multiple wells constraint and extrapolation well by well are used to optimize the horizons and the well sites to develop. The techniques of commingling production, horizontal well, cluster well, high angle deviated hole, sand fracturing etc. are applied to improve the productivity of a single well. The measures of under-balanced drilling, air drilling, joint perforating and fracturing operation are utilized to reduce the pollution of reservoir and guarantee the efficient development of low permeability gas reservoirs.
