立式储液罐象足屈曲的准静态数值模拟

摘要
“象足”屈曲现象是大型钢制立式储液罐地震破坏的主要形式之一,它发生在靠近底部的壁板区域。在考虑大变形几何非线性和材料非线性条件下,本文利用非线性有限元法,以轴对称载荷壳单元模型,对一定尺寸范围内的储罐进行了准静态弹塑性屈曲分析。研究了受轴向压应力情况下,环向应力和轴向压缩失稳能力之间的关系。并强调了轴向压力是导致失稳的主导作用。
The elephant-food buckling(EFB) is one of the main destruction phenomenon of large cylindrical liquid storage tanks during earthquake,which occurs on the shell near the tank base zone.This article uses nonlinear finite-element method,including both geometric and material nonlinearity,when modeling a axisymmetric loaded tank shell model in a typical range of dimension by a quasi-static elastic-plastic buckling approach.The relation of hoop stress and axial stress of the shell is analyzed under axial compressive stress.In addition,it concerns the predominant effect of axial stress leading to collapse.
