///In this paper, the authors first introduced the geoelectric field observation network in Jilin region, and then statistically analysed the basic characteristics of the observed geoelectric field changes. The results show that: 1) the typical daily variations of geoelectric field are recorded at most of stations as the type of "peak-valley-peak", and the morphological changes are simultaneous in time; 2) the obvious simultaneous changes during the electrical storm are record at all the stations, and the simultaneous changes during weak magnetic disturbance at several stations of approximate north-south distribution; 3) it is obvious that the change range of geoelectric field follows a annual change pattern, and the variation ranges differ from each other; and 4) Under normal state, the results of data correlation in the same direction between stations are good.
