摘要
Tepogeritu ultrabasic rock bodies are located in the Buyant uplift belt, central Inner Mongolia, in which faults, geological structures, magmatic rocks and metallogenic conditions develop very well. The major element contents of the rock bodies are SiO2 12.95%~40.18%, Na2O+K2O 0.086%~0.734%, A/CNK 0.019%~0.076%, MgO 15.13%~25.32%, m/f 2.5~6.3. The microelement analysis data show that contents of Ni、Co and Cr are very high. The REE distribution patterns are flat to slightly rightist, indicating a weak enrichment. Based on the study of the systematic geology, geochemistry, geophysics and ore potentiality, it is proposed that the ultramafic rock bodies belong to iron-ultrabasic type containing rich Cu-Ni sulfide deposits /minerals. The ore deposit with good ore potentiality has been found in the ultrabasic rock bodies. So the authors suggested that there is great prospection in this rock bodies.
