Laomaoshi Pb-Zn deposit is a veined Pb-Zn deposit which occurs in Ordovician carbonate rocks and is found in Niujiaotang Pb-Zn orefield in Duyun,Guizhou in recent years. The deposit is located at the pitch end of southern part of Wangsi anticline, and its mineralization is strictly controlled by fracture belt.Main ore-controlling fault F12 stands nearly vertical to anticlinal axis and is distributed along east-west direction. The ore-body is in veined and lenticular form.Sub-ore wall rock alteration mainly includes dolomitization, calcilization, and silicification.Among them, dolomitization is closely related to mineralization.
