摘要

Based on regional geological surveys, drilling data and structural analysis of 3D seismic data, two distribution modes of the Jurassic has been identified in and around Erlian basin area: “superimposed type” and “non-superimposed type”. The Erlian Basin was in a transition between N-S compression and back-arc tectonic regime of the western Pacific during the early Yanshanian period, in which the back-arc tectonic regime played a leading role and the compression set up a spatial preparation for mineralization.
