摘要

Based on new research results, this study analyzed the deep structures, kinematic characteristics and interior structure of the Shandong segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone. The characteristics of the Mesozoic-Cenozoic Tectonic evolution of the Shandong segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone were also discussed. The sinistral strike-slip movement of the Shandong segment had been controlled by the subduction of the ancient Pacific plate toward the East Asian continent from Late Jurassic to Early Eocene (before 50 Ma). The strike-slip movement of the Tan-Lu fault zone was caused by the stress transferred from the boundary of plate subduction.
