基于工业遗产保护与再利用的上海创意产业园调查研究

摘要
诠释了创意产业和创意产业园区基本概念和特征,概括分析了创意产业园与工业遗产空间耦合的原因。基于对上海市工业遗产信息数据的调研,构建了"上海市工业遗产综合信息数据库",并从中选出再利用为创意产业园的典型案例样本,建立了"基于工业遗产保护与再利用的上海创意产业园名录"在此基础上,应用ARC-CIS分析研究样本的空间分布特征,解析基于尺度层级结构的3种创意产业园区类型,提出4种创意产业园区主导模式最后,探讨了尚需深入研究的若干问题
This paper describes the concept and characteristics of creative industry and creative industry park,and analyzes the reasons for the space coupling between creative industry park and industrial heritage.Based on the investigation of the industrial heritage information data in Shanghai,the "Shanghai industrial heritage comprehensive information database" is constructed,and the typical case samples reused as the Creative Industry Park are selected.Thus,the "List of Shanghai Creative Industry Park Based on the Protection and Reuse of Industrial Heritage" is established.On this basis,the spatial distribution characteristics of the samples are analyzed by using ARC-GIS,and the three types of creative industry parks based on the scale hierarchy are analyzed,and four main modes of creative industry parks are put forward.Finally,some problems that need to be further studied are discussed.
