丽江老君山综合生态系统管理模型研究及应用

生态系统管理起源于对传统自然资源管理方式的反思和改进。2002年综合生态系统管理理念被全球环境基金(GEF)接受并作为其资助领域之一,基于综合生态系统管理保护具有全球效益的生态系统功能是该基金继防治土地退化之后在我国开展的新探索。以GEF综合生态系统管理丽江老君山示范区为研究对象,基于综合生态系统管理定义,提出了丽江老君山综合生态系统管理的内涵、管理的五种手段,以及其在保护和恢复生态系统功能中的作用。在对老君山示范区生态系统管理状况、利益相关者需求进行系统分析的基础上,构建了综合生态系统管理模型,并在老君山空间规划管理、生态系统监测评估等方面开展了应用。
Ecosystem management is originated from introspection and improvement of traditional nature resources management methods. Integrated ecosystem management(IEM) concept was adapted and supported by global environment facility(GEF) in 2002. Ecosystem conservation and ecological restoration based on IEM is another new field followed land degradation prevention project in China. Laojunshan area of Lijiang City is as the IEM demonstration area of GEF. Based on IEM concept, this article analyze the connotation of ecosystem management, fi ve management methods and function of IEM for ecosystem conservation and ecological restoration, and also systematically analyzes the status and stakeholders of ecosystem management, fi nally IEM model for Laojunshan demonstration area is established and applied on land spatial management planning, integrated coordination mechanism and ecological monitoring and assessment.
