Thoracoschisis is characterized by herniation of viscera through a thoracic wall defect. Thoracoschisis is usually associated with limb or abdominal wall defects. We present the third case of isolated thoracoschisis with no associated limb defects. Unique findings include segmental agenesis of ribs 4–6 and normal AFP levels.
