A 3D FE model is developed to simulate the behavior of CFST columns subjected to non-uniform heating. The numerical model is verified against experimental data and shows good accuracy. Parametric study is performed on different engineering design parameters. A theoretical approach is proposed to calculate the ultimate load capacity of CFST column.
