Hydrothermal growth of iron oxide NPs with a uniform size distribution for magnetically induced hyperthermia: Structural, colloidal and magnetic properties
A simple method for preparation of magnetic-iron-oxide nanoparticles are presented. The nanoparticles size is controlled by the temperature and the concentration of ricinoleic acid. The nanoparticles exhibit high values of saturation magnetization. The nanoparticles show great potential for magnetically induced heating.
