A high resisting nonspecific probe displacement platform is proposed in this work. Probe DNA was covalently linked on graphene oxide. This platform was used for small molecule–protein interaction assay. The linear range is from 0.15 to 12 nM. A detection limit of 0.08 nM was obtained.
