NaYF4 phosphors codoped with Er3+/Yb3+ ions have been synthesized by hydrothermal method.. Optical non-linear behavior of prepared phosphors has been performed by using the excitation at 980 nm diode laser. Effect of Li+ tri-doping on structural and luminescence behavior of the Er3+-Yb3+ codoped NaYF4 phosphors has been discussed. Effect of pump power density and temperature on intensity of green UC emission bands has been investigated.
