Manipulating the molecular structure of PEDOT chains through controlling the viscosity of PEDOT:PSS solutions to improve the photovoltaic performance of CH3NH3PbI3 solar cells
The molecular structure of the PEDOT chains in modified PEDOT: PSS can be manipulated. The contact angle of HTMs influences the grain size in CH3NH3PbI3 thin films. The surface roughness of HTMs influences the grain size in CH3NH3PbI3 thin films. The PCE of CH3NH3PbI3 based solar cells was improved from 11.6% to 13.0%.
