There was no report to investigate the photocatalytic activity of Bi2O2CO3/BiOBr p-n heterojunction. Bi2O2CO3/BiOBr photocatalysts exhibited greatly enhanced photocatalytic activity under visible light. The possible mechanism of the enhanced photocatalytic activity was discussed in detail.
