Mean July air temperature fluctuations during last Millennium were reconstructed from Western Scandinavia Lake sedimentary record revealed significant influence of the large-scale global climate patterns on local climate Catchment vegetation and lake ecosystem functions were impacted by climate fluctuations, most pronouncedly during the LIA Climate warming after the Little Ice Age started in 19th century.
