Geochronological, geochemical and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic constraints on the petrogenesis of Late Cretaceous A-type granites from the Sibumasu Block, Southern Myanmar, SE Asia
The Hermyingyi and Taungphila granites (S Myanmar) emplaced at 70–69 Ma. The granites belong to the A2-type. The granites were derived from Paleoproterozoic continental crust. A back-arc extension related to rollback of the Neo-Tethyan slab is favored.
