A facile and pragmatic electrochemical biosensing strategy for ultrasensitive detection of DNA in real sample based on defective T junction induced transcription amplification

A simple, highly sensitive and specific electrochemical biosensor was designed by combining with a novel defective junction induced transcription amplification (DTITA).

The proposed strategy can directly detect target gene from as low as 400 copies of genomic DNA and was successfully applied to directly screening Group B Streptococci from clinical samples.
