Effect of Ag-NPs on soybean under flooding stress was analyzed.

Length of root including hypocotyl of soybean was increased with Ag-NPs of 15 nm.

Amino acid synthesis-related proteins were increased under Ag-NPs of 15 nm.

Beta ketoacyl reductase 1 was identified as the most interacted protein under varying sizes of Ag-NPs.

Expression of beta ketoacyl reductase 1 was up-regulated while activity decreased under Ag-NPs of 15 nm.
