The effect of temperature on rheology of Wyoming sodium-bentonite is investigated. Herschel Bulkley yield stress increased linearly with T up to 80 °C. Consistency index decreased exponentially by 5 ×, flow behavior index increased by 20%. Plausible reasons for such effects are explored.
