The solubility of febuxostat in ethyl acetate, methanol, ethanol, and acetone was determined respectively by the gravimetric method from (293.15 to 328.15) K under atmospheric pressure, and the experimental data were well-correlated by the Apelblat and van鈥檛 Hoff equations. The experimental solubility data and their correlation equation obtained would be useful for the solvent selection of febuxostat crystallization.
