For a number of ferromagnetic amorphous and crystalline Fe-Co-Si-B alloys the relation of the structural phase state and the optical and magneto-optical (MO) properties and the dielectric permeability tenser were studied in the energy range 0.5-4.0 eV. A resonance growth of the transversal Kerr effect (TKE) in the near IR region was found in the alloy Fe18Co60Si9B13 after the structural phase transition, which is related to the formation of a superstructure of the CsCI type.
