物联网大数据在道路施工质量监控中的应用

摘要
针对目前道路施工质量监管难、缺乏有效的智能化技术手段等问题,本文研发了一种基于物联网大数据的道路施工质量监控系统,为道路施工质量监管提供了一套有效的解决方案。本文以物联网技术为基础,通过在施工机械上布设大量的温度、速度、GPS、重量、视频等各类传感器,实时采集道路施工过程中各个环节的详细数据,结合大数据分析技术,实现对施工过程的全程监管、自动分析评价及预警,使管理人员及时的发现异常情况或潜在的问题并整改,保证了道路的施工质量。
        In view of the current difficulties in road construction quality supervision and the lack of effective intelligent technical means, this paper develops a road construction quality monitoring system based on Internet of Things big data, which provides an effective solution for road construction quality supervision. Based on the Internet of Things technology, this paper collects the detailed data of every link in the road construction process in real time by laying a large number of temperature, speed, GPS, weight, video sensors on construction machinery, and combines with large data analysis technology to realize the whole process supervision, automatic analysis, evaluation and early warning of the construction process, so as to enable managers to discover abnormal situations or potential in time. The problems and corrections ensure the quality of road construction.
