摘要
针对传统资源配置方案评价方法主观性强、难以对实时测控软件提供精细化保障需要的弊端,提出一种基于DEA-ADC的实时测控软件资源配置方案评价方法。通过对实时测控软件资源配置后的测控能力进行测算,评价当前配置方案的结构有效性与规模效率,并提出优化措施。同时以测控飞行器飞行试验为例,验证了本方法的客观性和有效性,为今后同类型实时测控软件资源配置方案的制定提供决策参考。
Aiming at the drawbacks of the traditional resource allocation evaluation method,which has a strong emphasis on subjectivity and can't adapt to the needs of refined guarantee. The paper presents a method of evaluating the allocation of the Real-time measurement and control software resources based on DEA-ADC. Through the calculation to the measurement and control ability of the software after the resources allocation,it evaluates the structure effectiveness and scale efficiency of the current allocation scheme,and proposes optimization measures. Taking the flight tests of aircraft as an example,the paper proves the objectivity and effectcieness of this method,and provides a decision reference for the formulation of future resource allocation scheme of the same type on Real-time measurement and control software.
