宁国市农村居民点土地集约利用评价研究

摘要
农村居民点土地集约利用是新农村建设当中的一个重要问题,在现在的农村建设当中居民点布局是散乱的和自发性的,而且农村的居民点土地利用率低,在这形势下农村居民点用地的内部潜力的探讨越来越重要。本文通过分析宁国市的自然和经济区域的概况,得出近些年来宁国市的土地现状。采取多因素评价的方法来评价农村居民点土地的利用程度。建立了以农村居民点的布局、农村居民点的投入强度、土地的利用强度、利用效率等指标体系,通过计然后得出结果,最后对结果进行分析,给出针对宁国市农村居民点问题的建议与对策。
The intensive use of land in rural settlements is an important issue in the construction of new countryside. In the present rural construction, the layout of settlements is scattered and spontaneous, and the land use rate of rural settlements is low. In this situation, The potential of the land is increasingly important.Based on the analysis of the natural and economic regions of Ningguo City, this paper draws the present situation of Ningguo City in recent years.
