摘要
<正>胶囊内镜(CE)是一种应用于全小肠成像的诊断工具,Swain等~([1])于2000年首次将CE用于10名健康志愿者,完成了CE在人体内的首次成像。CE检查作为一种简单、可靠、无创的手段,已广泛应用于临床,主要用于小肠疾病的诊断,如不明消化道出血、疑似克隆恩病、肿瘤、寄生虫等~([2])。CE检查最主要的并发症是胶囊滞留,主要不足是电量有限,据报道,目前CE电池的续航时间是8~12 h~([3])。为了使CE在小肠内的转运时间(SBTT,指CE进入十二指肠至到
